For products I sell via Promptbase, delivery is handled directly through the Promptbase platform. Once your payment is confirmed there, the digital file will be available for you to download immediately.

If you ever experience any issue accessing your download — whether purchased from Amazon or via Promptbase — please contact me right away through my Contact Page. I’ll make sure you get access to the product you’ve paid for.
