All of my products sold through PhilShaw.online are digital downloads. This means there are:

No physical items shipped
No shipping charges applied
Instant access after purchase

When you complete a purchase on my site, you will be directed to a secure download link or receive immediate access to the digital product you’ve chosen.

For products I sell via Promptbase, delivery is handled directly through the Promptbase platform. Once your payment is confirmed there, the digital file will be available for you to download immediately.

If you ever experience any issue accessing your download — whether purchased directly from me or via Promptbase — please contact me right away through my Contact Page. I’ll make sure you get access to the product you’ve paid for.
